Mano Cornuto Montréal Reviews
A Bar That Serves Food - Not a Restaurant
The food here was good but overpriced for what it was. Diner beware: despite very high prices, they still charge you $5 for bread and $3 for cheese and won’t tell you in advance. The service was abysmal. The hostess was wildly rude and mean to us
Very busy. Very rude
The girl seating us had us wait almost an hour on the bench outside as we watched people that showed up after us get seated. She said they might not open the patio. Upon complaining, we were seated on the patio on a 20 inch table beside people eatin
Come for the food, stay for the vibes
Great experience everytime. It's the type of place everybody hypes... but it delivers. You come for the food but you can keep and keep coming back for the vibes and the atmosphere.
Nice Dinner
Had a nice dining experience at this popular Italian restaurant while on a business trip located near Old Montreal. Here is what my colleagues and I tried: 🥖Focaccia 🍃Spagetti Al Pesto 🍝Bucatini Alla Puttanesca 🥗Mano Cornuto Caesar ⚪
Not Great
The waiter was excellent but the food wasn’t great being Italian myself it was very disappointing. The Cesare salad tasted great however the presentation was very lacking. The pieces of lettuce were so big I had to use a knife and fork to eat it
The perfect storm
The perfect storm exists. Yup, who doesn't love a chaotic, Sicilian 'loud' mini bistro? That's exactly what it is. It's loud, it's alive, it's informal. Food is good, people are happy. The place has soul.
Go for Italian dins!
Welcoming friendly staff delicious Italian pastas!! Our server paired our wine perfectly with what we were after. Great service, good vibes, fun ambience. And delicious Tiramisu. (My favourite was the pesto pasta) merci!
Exceptional
Mano Cornuto is a great place to dine at in Montreal. The food and drinks are amazing. Very delicious. Exceptional time dining here.
Can the wait staff put their hair up
Good pasta but not cheap. I wish the waitstaff would put their hair into a ponytail, etc - two who brought our food wore their long hair down. Not very hygienic when serving food.
Popular for good reason
Glad we made a reservation well ahead of time - who would think getting a table on a Sunday night in February would be needed? Modern Italian, no Luna Mezzo Mare, young, friendly, hip wait staff and an open kitchen which was hopping. The menus is s
Great spot to dine
Great spot to dine at. Liked the branzino, piatto antipasto, nodi marini alla bolognese and battuta di manzo. The mocha and latte are good too.
A very good Italian restaurant...to discover
My daughter had found the name of the restaurant via TikTok, she had already been there with your boyfriend and told us that we should go there as a family for dinner. I told myself before going there that it would be yet another pizzeria. In fact,
Griffin town lunch … to skip
Over priced! Noisy! Special of the day: was nothing special!! When you pay $22 for a small plate of spaghetti olive oil and lemon with microscopic pieces of Parmesan. A glass of wine $14 - size of the glass was of a tasting glass at SAQ When the wai
Great Sicilian style cafe
Overall, it's a great spot that I keep visiting over and over. The vibe is great, very chill. More importantly, the food is pretty good. I particularly recommend the sandwiches. I've been visiting for years and sadly though, quality have gone down
Pre-dinner drinks
Came here for pre-dinner drinks. It is a cute bar, but smaller menu in terms of drinks. Food options looked ok, but smaller plates. They were busy, so we sat outside which put us right on the street essentially. The surrounding area wasn't super cozy
Fun, friendly and delicious
Absolutely loved the atmosphere, food and service. Visited multiple times during a week stay. Thoroughly recommend!
