Was a little apprehensive about the idea of skewers of food and sushi but we had the combo and it was amazing! Next time I'm in London I will definitely be coming back!

I could not be happier with my experience at this establishment. The ambience was amazing and is extensive on the inside. They were able to squeeze us in with our limited time. They were super accommodating and were extremely fast with our order. It was fantastic food and very good quality with the prices. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Super food
We went for dinner after a tiring day on the streets of London, and here we found a quiet atmosphere, excellent food, helpful staff and, finally, a fair bill. Congratulations, we will be back and recommended it to everyone.

We had different drinks, starters and sushi and all of them were awsome! The location is exquisite and the staff absolutly charming. When we‘re back in London we‘ll definetly visit again:)

I showed up at the restaurant after a long day of traveling. I had made a reservation but when I got there, they did not have it. (I think I may have forgotten to click the last button) They were very full but the gentleman at the desk said let me see what I can do-I think he knew I was done for the day! He found me a seat at the bar (I was traveling solo) which I prefer anyways. I ordered a rice roll with duck and vegetables and a sushi roll with shrimp tempura and spicy tuna on top. Both were very good. Service at the bar was by waitress and she was very attentive. The only caveat was the noise level was very loud. Overall a great experience!
One of the best meals we've ever had with amazing, friendly staff
This was our first visit and was to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We couldn't have been happier. The food was amazing, the best sushi we've ever had, the service truly excellent, friendly and helpful. We have certainly a new favourite place to celebrate special occasions.
Probably one of the best places for Sushi in London
Surprisingly good quality food - had been in many sushi places in London and always was not great experience. This was an exception, and we really enjoyed the food. Especially nice was a salad with salmon, tuna edamame and greens as well as tataki. Welcoming atmosphere and nice staff. Will definitely come back when will have the next day out in London.
Excellent food and experience
went pre theatre, and was so impressed. super attentive staff, speedy service and the food was excellent. perfect for sharing with friends. i really recommend the crab croquettes and ebi bites! on the pricey side but worth it as the food was so impressive.

A great discovery! I recommend it to lovers of Japanese cuisine! Very, very friendly team! We had dinner at the sushi bar around the kitchen. Nice atmosphere. The flavors were there and everything was very well prepared!

STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES AND VALUE YOUR LIFE I had a reservation at 6:15PM on 24 February 2024 at your Soho location. I explained in front of a witness that I have a severe allergic reaction to ALL shellfish and can get anaphylactic shock and die from digesting it. When I was given a menu, it had a picture of a vertically laid out nigiri platter without corresponding description next to the items; the description was set out below with a long list of items, making it difficult to cross-reference it to the image above. I pointed at what I had thought was white fish. The waiter who knew of my shellfish allergy did not say a word about it being a scallop. I digested the scallop upon delivery and immediately could tell it didn’t taste like fish because I had eaten it once in the past and it caused an allergic reaction. I asked the waiter whether it was fish and he said it was a scallop. I told him I am allergic and should have never eaten this. He said it is fish, to which I replied that it was in a shell and hence shellfish and I should have never been given this. He did not care; neither did he apologize. I then spoke to the manager who also knew of my shellfish allergy. He later said his name was Richard (I don’t think that is his real name as he muttered it quietly and quickly when I asked him for his name). The manager never apologized and lied to me in front of a witness that a waiter had queried whether scallops were ok and that I replied that they were. The waiter thought it was a fish and was surprised to learn it was a shellfish to begin with. Since my first allergic reaction, I have never eaten scallops again. I have witnesses, including doctors, who would testify to this effect. My witness confirmed that the waiter’s statement was untrue and that a waiter had never alerted me to the fact that it was shellfish. Thankfully, it only caused a mild allergic reaction with an upset stomach. However, I could have died and I hope your restaurant will realise the severity of this conduct after reading my review. I couldn’t eat any longer and left half of my order untouched because I knew I may be vomiting. The manager asked where we were going after this, and I replied that we were going to the concert. Then he asked whether I wanted to take the rest of the order with us (that’s exactly what you take to a concert!). I said that we couldn’t as we were going to a concert. I was then given a bill where the manager had the audacity to include the shellfish to which I was allergic. After an unpleasant discussion filled with lies about me asking for scallops, he agreed to remove a service charge (it should not have been included for that awful service in the first place) and the £7 shellfish. He made me pay for the items I could no longer eat as a result of their negligence. The manager also did not seem to believe me that I had such allergies and I even showed him images of what happens to me following an allergic reaction. He was uncaring, indifferent, and extremely unprofessional. I have never been treated worse by a restaurant whose staff was negligent. Also, they charged us for tap water hah!

I was pleasantly surprised by Sticks n Sushi! My coworkers and I were STARVING and stumbled upon this restaurant without a wait on a Tuesday night. This place only had open space because it's HUGE, but it was definitely packed and very popular. We ordered croquettes, karaage, and cauliflower to start. The karaage was a perfect texture and whatever truffle sauce they used for their cauliflower was absolutely delicious. Their nigiri and sushi were quite good too. There was no fishy after-taste and portions were solid. The vibe here is also great - very chic and service was super fast!
A must try restaurant!
What a brilliant restaurant! Staff were exceptional, very attentive and despite being really busy, willing to break down the menu and suggest their own recommendations (which I love!). The food was well presented and tasted amazing. I really liked that you could choose how much you wanted of the dishes you selected. I would suggest going for 2/3 plates from each section of the menu (as a couple) to really get the most of the different methods that they cook and present the fish and meats. Looking forward to visiting again!
Great food let down by terrible staff
The beautiful food in this restaurant is let down by the waiting staff who spend most of the evening looking down at you as if you are a pain in their arse. The chef team and kitchen staff deserve much much better. We arrived to be shown to a table by some blonde woman who could barely be bothered. We sat down just about every single plate on the table was chipped, let’s not forget the food standards agency advise on chipped plates ‘they can not be properly cleaned and should be binned as they harbour bacteria’ so we got those replace and pointed out the above. We then gotten ignored for about 30 minutes but finally ordered drinks and set about ordering food. Asked for the gluten free menu finally was told it is the QR code on the menu. Asked for a pitcher of tap water and were sneered at by the waitress and then had to ask 4 times for it before it arrived. Just generally crap stuck up waiting staff who think that they are better than the customers not attentive to the needs of the table. I wasn’t paying the bill but I would not have left a tip if I were. For the quality and beauty of the food the kitchen team deserve better than the stick up self centred twits who work the front of house as the food was great. There is better service for much the same elsewhere in London so just consider if you fancy being sneered at by the staff before you go.

this is the most unique sushi spot i've been to in a while. i love how the menu has pictures of everything, makes it much easier to decide. the vegetarian sushi options are unmatched (reccomend the tofu skin and the eggplant). the shareable sushi platters are also a must. server didn't check in on us a lot and forgot a few of our orders though.

The only thing that makes a chic, beautifully done restaurant better is when its fare is exquisite! Grabbed a quick bite and was delighted to find that the quality was beyond. Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
