. this Spa is included in the resort Fee you pay .. but hot tub , sauna locker room nothing is open..
Disappointed doesn't begin to cover it.
I am not one to leave a terrible review, but here we are. This salon should not be open. AT ALL! I booked a special style for a black tie wedding I was attending at the Hilton hotel. I wanted a 40's glam fingerwave. I got a few curls plastered with hair spray that took 30 mins to comb out later. The hairstylist, Jean, really did the best she could with her extremely limited supplies. She told me she's the only stylist and she works on commission. So she's at the mercy of the products given to her. She had 1 curling iron, 1 brush, some Bobby pins and 1 kind of hair spray (the kind that glues your hair together). Do not under any circumstances book an appt here, for anything. There is another salon in the village there that others of my party went to and had success with. Spa ravella looks like it could have potential, but don't be fooled. Even Jean asked me to leave an honest review or else nothing will change. Their website claims a full salon, but she doesn't even have capabilities/products to wash and set hair. Can't warn you strongly enough, don't go here. Very sad, very disapointed.

My husband, family and I took a trip to Henderson. It was recommended that my husband and I go to Hilton Resort & Spa to schedule massages at their Spa Ravella. My husband booked a couples massage for us, and we were very much looking forward to this as we are not able to get away very often and this was a treat for us. When we arrived the Bell/ Door person directed us to where the Spa was and informed us at this time that the spa pools were closed. We walked into the Spa and was greeted by Amber, the Spa Ravella Receptionist. We shared our concern that we were just informed that the Spa Pools and Steam Rooms were closed, and we were not made aware of this until arriving today. Amber informed us that the confirmation sent to us reflected that these amenities were closed due to renovation. I shared that in a Resort like this it is expected that when reservations are made over the phone the agent should have informed us of this closure/ renovation as this was the hospitable and courteous thing to do, even if a confirmation is sent reflecting this information (my husband and I did not see that there was a spa closure as we looked at services booked and not the small print) . I then asked if the Hotel Spa was offering discounts on the services since we would not be able to take advantage of the actual spa experience. Amber informed us that no discounts were being offered. We then asked to just cancel our services as we did not feel that it was fair that we pay Spa pricing when the Spa was amenities were closed. She informed us that we would still be charged for the services. We asked to speak to the manager and apparently the manager was off on this day. Amber shared that the manager is the only person who can authorize any sort of discount. Amber made attempts to contact her manager, Mariah Raso, several times and was not successful. Amber then made attempts to contact the hotel general manager, James Xi, on his cell phone several times and of course he did not answer. Amber offered a 20% discount and shared that she if we kept our reservation, she would make sure to share our disappointed with Mariah (the Manager) and have her call us the next day to discuss what sort of additional discount she could offer. My husband and I were directed to the Spa waiting room. While waiting, no one offered us water or champagne, as in my experience is standard at reputable spas. I saw another receptionist bring champagne out to another couple. When we were called for our massages my husband and I were separated into different treatment rooms. Therefore, were not able to experience the couples massage we were expecting. We both liked our masseuses; however, the overall experience was absolutley poor. The temperature in my Spa Room was so cold that I was hardly able to relax. The flooring in the Spa room was disgusting (please see photos). When the treatment was over, my husband and I were not offered a glass of water (as again is standard in most reputable spas) but instead escorted out. This was not WORTH the money spent nor the negative experience. We should be reimbursed for the entire amount spent, which was over $300.00. We enjoy Spas frequently and willing to spend the money for a quality experience. This was far from relaxation and quality. Amber did what she could to assist us, and this was appreciated. It was apparent that Amber felt helpless, and she did her best to empathize. However, the fact that the manager or the general manager did not care to follow-up with us as promised is very disappointing. Mariah never called, nor did we receive any follow-up from the hotel General Manager. This is experience was a far cry from hospitality. If the Spa was any indication of what the hotel accommodations are I would STAY AWAY.

I'm giving the spa 2 stars because This used to be a nice spa. The hot tub was not available. The lockers were not available to change. Everything looked dated. Went to the pool and the cabanas were not operational ie. tv, misters not working, furniture was not clean. Do not go here for relaxation.

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Am confused about the payout restrictions. Have nearly $1k sitting, wanted to withdraw some and am surprised to see I can only withdraw $50. If i have to do this everyday I’ll end up paying over $90 in fees just for withdrawing via ACH which doesn’t make much sense to me. Have opened a ticket regarding this, but any input or advice would be appreciated

Has anyone found a way to get a question answered? From what I can tell there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works at/for AT. Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I cannot get my warning medal removed even though I am under the threshold. Sad to say but seems like AT is holding up everyone’s funds currently. Very scary and makes me wonder….Please reply if you read this admins and can help. Tried every way possible to get in touch

I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I've reached out to customer support about this several times with no response, not sure what to do in this station. Hoping someone can advise.

I have a prepaid reservation, but I'm allowed to transfer that reservation to others for a price that I set (up to the total price I paid).
For selling POSTPAID reservations, do I charge the buyer the full amount of the reservation when transferring? And then the buyer pays something on top of that (which is what is listed in the AppointmentTrader listing?)
Major Issue for Seller
My money is being held hostage! Can you please remove my refund medal as I am below the 11% threshold and should be able to withdraw my full daily amount now? I have been teying for a long time to get a reply on this. Major issue for people looking to do good/right like you ask and make positive sales. Being able to access earned revenue is critical and not getting any reply is very concerning for your sellers. Lot of other people having the same issue. Once below the threshold you should auto remove the warning medals.

Just wanted to put this out there as I find it quite weird. AT will hold money if your sell through rate is to low. I find this strange as you would think that sell through rate should reflect more on AT not marketing their site well enough to generate sales. It seems weird to punish sellers for listings not selling.

This got somehow approved by AT, and a customer bought this from me for 6pm. I want to cancel this listing and refund customer , but there is no way of doing this ! Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!
